I am very impressed with your company,
When I received this item it was freight damaged.
You immediately sent another item.
When I received it ,it was also freight damaged.
I have not received the third order.
so I don't know what condition it might be in.
I suggested to your people that you mark the boxes FRAGILE,but that did not happen,this has to be expensive.
I do like your company's response to my situation.

These filters are the real thing. They are a perfect fit and hold up well. I have been using these for years and I have never had any type of quality control issue with these filters. You can get less expensive look a like filters, but they do not fit nearly as well. I would highly recommend these filters to anyone.

Product was exactly as described[...]and price was the best I found on the net. I called a couple local shops in search of this filter and their prices were nearly double. I called prior to buying to confirm that FILBBCAR0020 was the same as FILCCCAR0020. They were prompt to reply and confirmed BB means Bryant and CC means Carrier. I will be purchasing these filters from Filter Outlet again.
