Our landloard told us that our filter was fine even though it was three years old. I knew better just by looking at it. He would not replace the original and I could not afford the price of the name brand. I came across this site by searching for the best price. Even though these are not the name brand they are just as good if not better and you can't beat the price. For this two pack of filters with shipping was under $40.00 compared to the name brand with shipping would have been over $70.00. You can't go wrong for the price and quality
