I was pleased with the availablity and low price of the product through IAQ. The furnace man installed a Bryant UV filter thinking he'd be able to charge top dollar for the bulb and the installation (which is incredibly easy) because he's the only Bryant dealer in this area. I'll never use him again for that reason.

UV replacement lamps for Air Conditioner/Heating System by Carrier. I like the germicide features that UV lighting provides. This combined with an electrostatic filter provides cleaner air to our home.
UV replacement lights for Carrier heating/cooling system came well packaged and promptly. Customer service answered my questions about correct UV model number for my Furnace/Air Conditioner. I ordered 4 units. I am very pleased with the order.

I was initially concerned that these UVC lamps would not be the same as the ones originally installed in my system. These lamps are in fact identical to my original ones. I will definitely purchase this product again.
Responses to my questions were very prompt and helpful, both via email and phone. Packaging for delivery was good - all bulbs arrived in excellent condition. All in all a pleasant transaction.
