I was disappointed to find that the filters did not include the O-ring which have to be replaced with the filter. When I ordered from the manufacturer in the past, they included the O-ring. Probably will not order again because of this. Price was right though.

We have lots of minerals and sediment in our water. The filter does a great job of removing them but does need to be replaced more frequently (about every 3 months instead of 6).
