I bought a large diameter "rain" shower head. The shower head is so large it would hit up against my old hanging-style shower water filter. This new extender arm with the filter incorporated into the arm is the perfect solution. Now I can place my new shower head in any position and the filter is neatly concealed within the arm. Not only does it work great but it looks great too!
