The LG LT600P Filter improves the taste and odor of the water and removes the following impurities:

For cleaner, fresher water and ice, the LG Water Filter LT600P should be replaced:

• Every 6 months or
• When the filter change indicator light comes on or
• If the refrigerator has not been used for more than two weeks (for instance, during a move) or
• If you notice a decrease in the flow of water or objectionable tastes in the water or ice.

Easy to Change (Install on cold water line only)

1. Rotate cartridge 1/4 counterclockwise
2. Pull cartrigde out
3. Insert new cartridge, rotate 1/4 turn clockwise

WARNING: Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Change the filter cartridge every six months. Failure to follow installation, operation and maintenance instructions may result in property damage caused by water leakage and will void warranty. CAUTION: To reduce the risk of property damage due to water leakage:

• Read and follow Use instructions before installation and use of this system.
• Install on COLD water lines only.
• Comply with all state and local plumbing codes.
• Install a pressure limiting device and water hammer arrester for inlet water pressures exceeding 80 psi. (Refer to Uniform Plumbing Code, Sections 608.2 and 609.10)
• Never install or operate where inlet water pressure may exceed 120 psi (827kPa)
• Protect filter from freezing. Remove filter in temperatures below 33°F (0.6°C).
• MUST be replaced every 12 months.
