This is a premiere In-the-Grille, Push Button, Ice and Water Filter. It does a great job of reducing cysts, asbestos, chlorine's taste and odor, particulates, lead, mercury and more. It also retains beneficial fluoride. This model is NSF certified which ensures consumers they are drinking clean, safe water. Make sure to replace your filter every 6 months.
Installation Instructions:
Push button to release filter
Remove Grille Cap from filter by twisting counterclockwise
Reinstall Grille Cap on new filter
Insert new filter in refrigerator
Push in until it clicks in place
*If your refrigerator has the "Fast Fill" or "PUR Measure" features, you need to use the PUR Deluxe 4396841 Refrigerator Filter. Otherwise, you can use this 4396710 refrigerator filter.

It's a great filter. With our fridge it took a little more than the recommended 3 minutes of letting waste water run but hey, so be it. At half life the water pressure tends to lessen, the easy fix: remove filter to release air and push it right back in.
